Nicole Blay speaks to her journey in deriving a research question from observations of every day practice within a hospital, and in seeking out and collating clinical data from multiple sources to answer that question. Based on her findings, Nicole was able to make practical evidence-based recommendations for changes to patient care in South Western Sydney Local Health District.
